Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Trolley Tech. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, peak seasons, or courier delays beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will be informed by the shipping company.

Trolley Tech is committed to delivering your items in perfect condition.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon receipt and contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include photos of the damage when contacting customer support.
Lost Packages: If you dont get your order within 5 days, contact us so we can assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
